Friday, March 26, 2010 @ 8:44 PM had lab today. again. so freaking tired due to the accumulated lack of slp. wed had to study for anat test so slept late. and i had to complete my maths assignment so i slept late again. today's lab a kind waste of my time. did gel electrophoresis again and we had to make our own agarose. they did the solution for us though. so we just had to tape up the ends of the plate and pour in the agar. the joke is... after the agar solidified, i tried to take out the masking tape. took out from one end and i was too concentrated taking the other end out with the gloves on, the agar slide off the plate from the other end! wth. had to make another agar. -.- so we had to WAIT for the agar to solidify while the DNA is being incubated. den after adding all our DNA into the agar, we started the gel electrophoresis and had to WAIT for another like 1 hr. so much waiting to do. totally bored. while waiting we did post-lab review for the previous lab oso. after tt they showed us this youtube video which is freaking funny! came home and napped after sch today. and cos i needed to stay awake for maths lect, i had KOI. yeahhh they were selling in it in sch for some fund raising thingy. KOI's bubble tea had such hardworking caffine, i tossed and turned on the bed for like half an hr before falling aslp. if i had taken a nap i'll be like a walking zombie. tired but difficult to fall aslp. now i'm sweating like shit. |
